David Villa ya está en Barcelona. El delantero asturiano ha aterrizado en la Ciudad Condal sobre las 19:00 después de casi 20 horas de viaje que le ha llevado desde Yokohama hasta Barcelona. El Guaje ha realizado el traslado entre Tokio y Frankfurt en un espacio medicalizado habilitado en un avión de la compañía Lufthansa acompañado por el doctor Ricard Pruna y Manel Estiarte. En la ciudad alemana, ha sido trasladado a un avión habilitado especialmente por el RACC siempre bajo la supervisión del médico para que la pierna permaneciera inmovilizada. A su llegada le estaban esperando su mujer, sus padres y sus suegros.
Nada más aterrizar, ha sido trasladado en ambulancia al Hospital Quirón, donde se está sometiendo a diferentes pruebas médicas para diagnosticar cómo se encuentra de la fractura de la tibia izquierda sufrida en el Mundial de Clubes. Villa se quedará ingresado en el Hospital a la espera de que los doctores Cugat y Pruna analicen el resultado de las pruebas y determinen cuándo se opera, algo que dependerá de cómo evolucione la inflamación de la zona afectada.

When the footballer has arrived to the airport, he has been transferred by ambulance to Quiron Hospital, where he is submitting to many tests in order to diagnose what is the situation of the fracture of the middle third of his left tibia that he has suffered at the FIFA Club World Cup. Villa will stay at the Hospital while the doctors Cugat and Pruna analize the results of the tests and decide when is he going to be operated, that depends on the evolution of the inflammation.
